Bimtek (Bimbingan Teknis) penyusunan dan pengelolaan profil desa adalah pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada para petugas pemerintah desa atau tim yang bertanggung jawab dalam menyusun dan mengelola profil desa. Profil desa adalah gambaran komprehensif tentang kondisi, potensi, dan karakteristik suatu desa yang digunakan sebagai dasar perencanaan dan pengembangan desa.
Maksud dari penyelenggaraan Bimtek ini adalah:
- Memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam kepada peserta tentang pentingnya penyusunan dan pengelolaan profil desa sebagai alat perencanaan dan pengembangan desa yang efektif.
- Mengenalkan peserta dengan metodologi, teknik, dan alat bantu yang digunakan dalam penyusunan dan pengelolaan profil desa.
- Mendorong peserta untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan kemampuan dalam mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menyajikan data terkait dengan desa.
Tujuan dari agar peserta dapat mengikuti Bimtek ini adalah:
- Meningkatkan kapasitas dan kompetensi peserta dalam menyusun profil desa yang akurat, komprehensif, dan terkini.
- Memperkuat pemahaman peserta tentang karakteristik dan potensi desa yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar perencanaan dan pengembangan desa.
- Meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam menggunakan alat bantu dan teknologi yang relevan dalam penyusunan dan pengelolaan profil desa, seperti perangkat lunak pengolahan data atau sistem informasi geografis (SIG).
- Mengedukasi peserta mengenai pentingnya pengumpulan data yang berkualitas, analisis yang tepat, dan penyajian informasi yang jelas dalam penyusunan profil desa.
- Membantu peserta memahami pentingnya profil desa sebagai sumber informasi yang digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan, perencanaan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi pembangunan desa.
Manfaat bagi peserta yang telah mengikuti bimtek penyusunan dan pengelolaan profil desa adalah sebagai berikut:
